feet climbed - 31,760 -- scaled Mt Everest and had room to spare
YEAR IN REVIEW - 2007
Walking = 3143 kms
Biking = 1401 kms (began Xtraining on bike in October)
2008 GOALS
1) Climb Mt Everest 6X -- ie 180.000 ft of hill climbing
2) combined mileage of 10,000 kms - bike and walk
3) sub 5 hr marathon at Nagano, Japan April 20/08
4) sub 2:20 half marathon by years end - goal? Chili Half
5)TO MAKE THE GRAND OPENING OF THE SQUARE ONE RUNNING ROOM THE BEST EVER!!!
