What a great day to walk -- an early morning start in Oakville - an incredible day - a quick 10.5km was a perfect way to start the day! Doug, from my clinic came with me, and once again his company was greatly appreciated - and fun.

A new project in the making - a tour to do the SUWAKO Half Marathon is Japan on October 28th of this year. -- 10days - airfare, hotel, transportation, and race entry - looking at under $2000.00 for the trip plus your mad money - and exciting business venture.
