When you are searching quotes looking for one's that fit a specific goal like a marathon or half marathon, you often find several and that is what happened today.

Tomorrow is race day - Marathon #2 for me in 5 months - this will be a huge challenge for me because my body still remembers the first one which could be a distinct liability when reaching for a specific goal - BUT realistic or not I am going for it - not going to say it here but my closest friends, training partners and clinic members are aware of it..........GOT TO HAVE A FOCUS!!
