No training today - a second day of rest - but back to my scheduled workouts tomorrow - 6km tomorrow, 10 Wednesday, 10 Thursday, rest Friday, 16 Saturday and 6 Sunday. Next weekend it will be maintenance mileage - 6 Tuesday, 10 Wednesday and then rest until I do 5 km on Saturday in Vegas to get my body aclimatized and then race day
At the end -- I hope to bring this quote to reality - I will leave it all on the course - at least thats the plan
