Cant say much more than that - attitude is the key -- my dad always used to say "I've got enough of my own attitude, don't give me any of yours" - although I don't think this is what the quote meant.

A good week of training outdoors this week - doing 10km plus each morning at just under race pace and I am very pleased with my progress - cant wait till next weekend.

The weather in Vegas has been very cool the last few days - lows of 2 highs around 10 ---awesome race weather if it stays that way --here's hoping - than it can warm up right after the race
