Welcome to Racewalker55 - sometimes babbling, sometimes motivating, but always thankful --- thankful to a wonderful sport which has taken me from couch potatoe to Marathon finisher - 80.5lbs lighter and 12 inches thinner in the waist in one year. If I can motivate one person to walk in my shoes,literally, it will be an awesome reward.
