Well all, sorry I have been remiss in my blogs the last few days - but between work and simply laying back and visualizing the big event on Sunday I have not really been in the right frame of mind to spend much time on the computer.
A couple of cold workouts yesterday morning and this afternoon but I am really pleased with the results - I was able to do a 1:08 10km today and that was great for me as I proved to myself that my knee was back almost to where it was before Angus Glenn and that is a huge psychological boost and a worry off my mind.
I really appreciate all of the great email and support from everyone -Thanks all
We walkers are truely a huge and supportive family - Ain't it great. I will have my lap top with me in Vegas so the good Lord willing I will post after the race on Sunday.
