VIVA LAS VEGAS

Well, here we are in the bright lights of Vegas -- it is an awesome place -- arrived here about 930pm Vegas time after a 4&1/2 hour flight from Charlotte North Carolina --- after a 1 hour flight from Toronto -- Man I hope we dont go off course that much in the race tomorrow.
Up early this morning -- going to the fitmess center in the Aladdin where we are staying and will do 3 or 4 km on the treadmill, some basic core weights and then off to the expo at the Mandalay Bay
Getting really excited -- hard to rest but going to try my best ---- great places to pasta load tonight
