An early morning at the running room this morning as about 9 hearty souls from the clinic showed up for the club walk. An easy 9km with 3 hill repeats at the finish. One of the half marathon clinic members has decided to give the full a try and has registered for the Chili Half - she is a kean and willing to learn and you can tell after a couple of days that if she sticks with it she will be very competitive. Everyone has done so well to this poing and seem committed to the JOURNEY.
Back to my own training tomorrow - hills, speed and stamina. Have had to alter my own training schedule in order to maintain my own schedule.
