Often I see and read of people who emulate the cartoon above and then I read this quote - when we believe in ourselves everything else is easy and we have no difficulty getting it together to train.

I was asked at the gym today what drives me - and I tried to figure what it is that has got me to the point I am at now --and I guess it is 3 things SELF-DISCIPLINE, PERSERVERANCE AND DEDICATION. After this past weekend, I really believe in me and that anything is possible ---THE HARDER I TRAIN, THE EASIER THE RACE.
