QUOTE OF THE DAY
In sport, mental imagery is used primarily to help you get the best out of yourself in training and competition. The developing athletes who make the fastest progress and those who ultimately become their best make extensive use of mental imagery. They use it daily as a means of directing what will happen in training, and as a way of pre-experiencing their best competition performances.Terry Orlick American Peak Performance Expert, Trainer, Author

A more technical quote as I am starting to prepare for the big test on Sunday - I am really hoping for good race weather - which isnt alway good weather - if you know what i mean ---I am one of those that like a little drizzle - we shall see
A rest day today - going to the gym in the morning to do a little - still have to keep on track for the Marathon
Cheers all
