Coming to race weekend this is a pretty appropriate. I cant wait - had a great workout today - 6km in the rain and another 9.6 km interval hills on the treadmill - in a total of 1:43:27 - So I hope I am ready.

This is a picture of my son David - the one who will hopefully be well enough to do the race after going to the chiropractor - he is also a Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter and Combat Zone Light Heavyweight Champion. A Father can should how proud he is of his son sometimes - Can't he????
