This weekend I am willing to sacrifice - for sure. I am more keyed up for this race then anyone I have done so far - more excited than my first half and more confident than my second one. Add the extra incentive of my son, his girlfriend and my step-son all doing the race with me - although they are running--It will be an incredible day.
Today was a rest day from training except for some core exercises at home - I will do a couple of workouts the next two days - just to make sure colthing issues are resolved - expecially socks and shoes.
